”Nice hotel and the breakfast is quite good. Cleaning was done well. Gym is small but practical and the pool is real nice. We enjoyed our stay. ”

”We love staying here! Unfortunately on this visit, we did not have our room cleaned for the entire 3 night stay. They told us we “denied service” which was not true. In addition, our room had some issues with stains on the carpet and a bedside outlet that wasn’t working. ”

”The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.”

”We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. Valet parking was also very expensive, especially since the cars are simply parked around the...

”Let me say that we stayed 5 nights and the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. But there were a few inconveniences. The plug by the bed was covered by a headboard screwed to the wall, making it unusable. The wall tv was gone and a small tv was brought in and sitting on the desk. The breakfast was subpar and the coffee terrible. They didn’t even have whole milk and the bananas were too brown. When we tried eating that first morning, we saw two people off the street come in…one got coffee and...

”This place needs to be renovated and keep more attention to housekeeping the room was filthy from nightstand to floors towels and tub the ac smell horrible there was a horrendous smell of urine at one side of the room the lamp heads or hat had a bunch of stains like mold i wish i could only upload the photos here please do not come here besides the smell of weed coming into my room am not one to judge but jesus also all u hears is bangs of doors headboard chairs moving around the worst place...
