”This property was fantastic for a weekend in Wilmington. We came into town for a concert at the Live Oak Pavilion. We parked our car on Friday and never moved it until we left. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed great food, drinks and tours. And a great concert, all with this comfy, beautiful VRBO that was in the best location”

”The home is even better than the pictures and description. It is well cared for and clean! Beautiful home with great beach view and easy access to pool and beach. Owner is super helpful and easy to get in touch with. We hope to return next May!”

”It was perfect a location. We walked to town and church. Also not far from my cousins who we were visiting. We found the perfect coffee shop, Hidden Grounds. Lots of yummy restaurants. Toured the SS North Carolina. Saw the beaches and South Port. The great porch was perfect for when we decided to have an off day & read. Thanks for a great time.”

”We had a great time! Property is exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had!! Beautiful side view of the ocean! It is a 15 min drive to restaurants and other stores so if you want to be closer than that, not the place for you. The only negative I had was during high tide you cannot walk out from the building to the ocean, you have to use a public access which is a little walk. We had chairs and other belongings...

”This waterfront condo checks all the right boxes, clean, spacious, comfortable, quick walk to all things good, and an absolutely beautiful front seat view of the Historic Battleship along with stunning sunsets over the water. Host was responsive and incredibly generous. Cannot recommend this place enough!”
