”Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

”The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Bathrooms had TP and showers came with shampoo conditioners and body wash. The outdoor storage closet all everything you could need for a day at the beach. Tons of games to play in the living room. We had a great time. The host was responsive and accommodating. Just a wonderful time and we would book the house again. With a big group you may want some coolers for drinks to free up space in the fridge. ”

”We went down for a family getaway. My family rated it in the top of all the homes we have stayed in. And requested that we return. The beach was less than a five minute drive. Fishing was great. Getting grocery and food delivery was good Overall we had a wonderful stay. Great for family gathering .had everything you needed in the kitchen, full equipt home. A great job by the host in responding to any questions. ”

”The house is great! I was most impressed with how well stocked the kictchen actually was. Ive stayed in places that say the kitchen is well stocked but isn’t. This kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals for a party of 13 as we didn’t eat out once. The view is lovely. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of seating to all share a meal around each other and even watch a movie. It truly was comfortable for our entire group!”

”This is a very special property. The owners have given great thought to every possible need/interest!We spent our 40th Anniversary week along with 10 adult friends/family.Plenty of together space, and alone space.Kitchen was impeccably and thoughtfully stocked, as were ALL the bathrooms. Lots and lots of fabulous beach chairs, umbrellas, and having fun in the sand equipment. Fully fenced yard kept out dog safe, secure, and able to join in the fun.Pool is lovely, complete with shaded...
