”This was a perfect, cozy spot for us to spend our baby moon. We were greeted by a beautiful view on the top floor of the beach and spent plenty of time on the outside patio areas taking in the views of the ocean and dolphins daily! We were thrilled with how convenient the location was to beach access (seconds away) which allowed us to freely go back and forth to the house. ”This property exceeded our expectations! The beach house was immaculate and offered all the amenities you could ask for. Beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout. Essentials provided so no quick trips to the grocery store upon arrival. The elevator was tremendously helpful since one of us has knee issues and would not have been able to walk up and down all of the stairs. Would definitely stay there again!”

”We had 4 adult couples and this place was perfect with everyone having their own private bathroom and a handy half bath located just off the kitchen. The multi level decks were wonderful! We enjoyed the top deck when we wanted sun and when it was time for a cool down we enjoyed the lower level deck where we could still see the ocean! It was wonderful having the beds ready for us when we got there and a wonderful bonus that toiletries and towels were provided! We hope to return again, TopSail...

”Ed was a great host that communicated very well and provided all info needed. The place is in a perfect spot, situated squarely between the beach and the inlet and can walk to both very easily/quickly. The community pool worked out great as well. The kids are already asking to go back and find more shark teeth!”

”Booked this place on short notice for a last minute beach getaway. Check in was super easy, host was very responsive, place was clean and well kept and just a short walk from the beach. We had 11 people, so two had to sleep on the couch and hidabed. Also, the hot tub was out of commission, which was a bummer. Other than that, a great stay!!”

”My family stayed here for Mother's day weekend. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The location is perfect if you like to see the sunrise from the front deck. Private beach access was a huge plus. Only minutes from the restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again.”
