”Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails.”

”What an amazing property. I am So glad I found it! We came down from NY to pick up our daughter from UNCW and also attend a 40th birthday party in the area. This house was amazing for my family of 7 (grown kids). There was enough beds for everyone with room to spare. Everything seemed new. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Special little touches everywhere. Makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner in shower like a hotel, coffee with creamer and even little stirring spoons! My daughter...

And the deck is really all you need for enjoying the beauty and the peace of the ocean. The home was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owner was so wonderful to deal with. ”This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here.”

”The stay was great. The problem we had was no privacy. Guests staying adjacent, shared our decks, and had kids that would stare in our sliding glass door. Pretty uncomfortable. Also the dishwasher didn’t clean very well, and couldn’t be opened the same time as the fridge. The WiFi bufferd often. We used our personal accounts to watch TV, but would often change to other users. We would sometime get local channels, and other times had to log in to each local channel individually. Other than that,...

”My husband and I attended a wedding at the St. Regis. This place was literally right across the street and it was so convenient to just walk over to the venue and walk back after the evening was done. Also, very short walk to the beach with easy access. We found the place very clean and we had everything we needed. They had many amenities that we didn’t get to enjoy, like a grill, because our stay was short. Overall, great place to stay.”
