”Reba is an excellent host, communicative and not intrusive. Had a lovely stay at the cottage and enjoyed our time by the rolling creek. The house was stocked with everything you could want to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.”

”Was as advertised, cozy, clean, great bed. Hosts were great!”

”The host was responsive, the property was clean, and it was situated only a shot distance from downtown Franklin attractions and eateries. We highly recommend this property.”

”I loved this property! Very comforting feels just like being at Nanas house. Host was great about getting back with questions and the mattresses were very comfortable. I could have drank coffee on the porch for hours!!”
