When we went to use the bathroom for the first time there was a giant poop in toilet and it was clogged. I called down to the front desk and was informed that maintenance had gone home for the night but I could go down and pick up a plunger to do it myself. At home I wouldn’t care but the fact they initially didn’t even offer to bring the plunger up was really annoying and it seemed like everything was an inconvenience for them.

Property was fully booked with hockey and Ultimate teams; very, very busy and not quiet. Was assured by staff that an on-site security guard was there if an 'issue' occurred during the overnight period.

Close to a police station just a wall separating the 2 property. That make me feel very secure. It was close to 3 major High Way. Easy in and out. Easy access to down town Toronto.

While the stay was reasonably priced, the hotel was very crowded especially at breakfast time. To better satisfy guest needs, it would be good if some soft drinks or snacks were provided by the hotel at a reasonable cost. I was shocked to find that a single can of pop was $3.00 tax and that I could only pay by credit card to get it. A very small bag of chips was the same price and was simply too high. When combined with the unavailability of bottled water, the evening is not enjoyable at this hotel. There are no gas stations or convenience stores in the area and so there is no access to drinks or snacks for the evening. If the prices were more reasonable I would have little in terms of complaints with this hotel. Lastly, the staff was rude.

I loved the large parking lot to bring our dog for a walk. I liked having a back door to bring her out. We didn't like the following: we could hear a lot from surrounding rooms and main floor room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. We waited for it to become ready until 5pm and then they put us in a 2nd floor room (even with our dog) because it still wasn't ready.

I ended up staying here due to a flight cancellation. Jim was working in the front desk and he was very kind and efficient. My room was very clean. I only stayed here one night but I was satisfied. Breakfast was ready on time. Everything was fresh. Overall good experience.

The room was fine, bed comfy, shower good. However it was bad timing, we had a literal party outside our door in the hallway two nights in a row that we stayed. I asked them politely once at 10 pm to move inside their room and they quietened down for 5 minutes. At 10:30pm I phoned the front desk who said they would check on it It was thankfully quiet by 11 pm both days but sheesh, couldn't hear oneself think. The next day the front clerk kindly gave me a complementary treat from the snack bar for the inconvenience which was nice. Breakfast was fine but very busy; nice to have warm oatmeal and scrambled eggs, but the coffee tasted plastic. Hotel was right next to a police station so sirens went on and off through the evening and early morning so location of hotel is a bit unfortunate. Other than that the stay was fine, nice to have complementary parking outside.
