Little Portugal One-bedroom Oasis in Toronto

This space is designed to cater for comfort, entertainment, relaxation and privacy.
Comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room with a sofa bed (convertible), one bedroom with a queen bed and a self-pumping air mattress. The self-pumping air mattress tucked away in the closet can be laid anywhere in the space for additional sleeping options. Extra sheets, blankets and towels are available for your convenience.

PS : Every summer, on the first weekend of June, the Toronto Samba Reggae festival is held on Dundas St West and a stage is set up in the parking lot. This invites excited crowds that explore all the excitement the festival has to offer. Most of my guests enjoy it.

Enjoy a nice evening in the living room and prepare the perfect meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. There's a panoramic window facing the parking lot in the bedroom for ample lighting, with black curtains to provide the best of both worlds.

Explore Dundas West with the street car/bus stop right in front of the building, the nearest station is Dundas West station (TTC & UP Express).

With every convenient utility in close proximity, you wouldn't want to live elsewhere. TTC streetcar stop is right outside the parking lot, a few minutes away from the Fashion district (Queen St) and the Entertainment district (King St) and No Frills is 400 meters away for all your grocery needs. There is a Nail Spa, Breakfast spots (Tim Hortons, Italian, Thai, French, Vietnamese, Brazillian and Portuguese cuisines), the famous Swan Dive bar is located right across the street
