The apartment was ok, just a regular short-term rental with simple and worn-out furniture. About cleanliness — we tried to do some laundry, but found some apparel left in the washer and dryer, which was not good. Communication was not the best. We received links for payments and document upload only a few hours before check-in, and we didn’t get the check-in instructions or codes until we called their help line. As for parking, they sent a link with nearby parking lots, but there is a better and cheaper option — underground public parking in the building itself, with direct access to the elevators, where you can pay via mobile app or link. Not sure why they didn’t mention this to us. The location is good, close to downtown, and it feels reasonably safe, but there are a lot of homeless people around.

Property is in a great location and was very clean. However check in was horrible. Arranged to check in 30 mins early key was not in a lock box and took them 30 mins to bring it down. Communication in regards to that needs to be better.

Very nice unit, very clean. They could use some more or nicer towels but other than that, excellent value.

Some others called this property a scam, but I think it’s more of a catfish. This is a serviced apartment not a hotel. Pros: cheaper than most hotels, decent location, had a tv, was quiet, sheets were clean. Cons: seems to get a surface clean, but never has had a deep clean, so it’s quite dusty, including on the roof. The fan in the bathroom was broken, the property is more run down than the pictures, can’t use the pool in the pictures. The woman on the phone was quite rude to me, but the other worker via WhatsApp was polite, the room was smaller than advertised. It was fine, but I wouldn’t stay again. I’d stay again if the property was properly cleaned and the broken things were fixed.

Terrible terrible terrible. Couldn’t even check in bc their system is inept and could not process my personal or payment information. Was on phone forever and the person helping me left the conversation and left me talking to myself and essentially left me stranded in another country. Had to book another hotel asap w Expedia and their agents helped me get out of booking w RS. Will never again deal with off shore property management companies after this!

I was late for an appointment because they didn't give me the unit at 5pm as agreed. I appreciate they did their best to help. They gave me another unit in another building but this didn't prevent me from being 45 min late anyway.

Nice and easy self-serve option at a reasonable price. Beautiful suite with everything you’ll need. Must be comfortable with technology and communications via email or WhatsApp.

For the price for one night, we found it to be too expensive. Unit is small. Lots of scratches throughout the room. As for communication, I was told I would get check-in info 1hr prior to check in but i got it after the check-in time.

The worse experience by far . The unit did not have functioning AC . I reached out to the property manager several times to get the issue corrected and was left with no response . When the company did get back to me Friday , they told me a supervisor would get back to me , which they never did . I requested to receive a refund could get a refund so that we would be able to purchase another room and even requested a unit transfer . Both were disregarded as well as no response to servicing the AC unit . This forced all guest to spend the remainder of our stay in unstable conditions, resulting in us not being able to accumulate any sleep due to the heat . I personally DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY AS A WHOLE . TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM!! PLEASE REPORT !

Do NOT stay here. It was DISGUSTING. Blood, semen, makeup, and hair all over. No clean towels. No soap. Nothing on the walls. It was like a crack den in a crack neighbourhood

This was my experience: 1) Upon arriving I had to deal with 3 seperate emails dealing with payment, then deposit, then access. 2) There were 30 lockboxes upon first site. There were at least 10 lockboxes on the row where my box was located, and it was in tight quarters and hard read both the identifying box and combination #'s. 3) There weren't any washcloths. I called them to make them aware of it. They did not send anyone out during my entire 5 day 4 night stay! I had to purchase my own washcloths. Their initial response to my requests for washcloths was "It's up you to do what you want since there isn't anyone to give you a washcloth" I ask myself would I have had the same experience at a hotel.

I wanted to say some things about our stay. I appreciated how clean it was and the views were great. Comfy beds and the apartment was well furnished. But we did have some disappointing experiences and you need to know. The a/c never once worked. The room was so so hot and I had to go purchase my own cooling unit (over $120). The ceiling fire alarms had no batteries and I had to replace them on my own (they went off multiple times and kept us up as they continued to beep even after batteries were replaced). This is a major oversight and a true safety concern. No one renting this place should be concerned that the fire alarm isn’t working as it should. Also, The shower head was loose when we got there so the first shower soaked the walls and got my fiancées make up bag wet (it was beside the sink, far from the shower). We paid a lot of money for these simple things to work. They may not seem like a big deal but when they keep you up late, and cost me more money, it doesn’t leave me happy. This trip cost me the cooking unit I had to buy, batteries and my time. I hope you understand how these things can make the experience not worth coming back. I’d like to know what you think regarding all of this

Deceptive pricing and zero fee transparency. I had to repeatedly chase them for screenshots of what I was being charged. The bed was awful, and the traffic noise made sleep nearly impossible. And the kicker? A hefty security deposit that they hang on to for up to a week after checkout. Would not recommend.

Nightmare of a system to get checked in. We asked for early check in and they said the cleaner can take our bags in the room but check in wasn’t until 4:00pm. We could not get ahold of them after 4 until we called expedia and then they sent us the check in instructions at 5:00 which gave us the info for a sketchy lockbox room to get the key. We checked the lockbox and the key was not in there, after calling back they said they would send someone to let us in and it was the cleaner finally finishing at 5:15. The room was okay but very poor communication and had us wondering if we were being scammed the whole time, and we wasted over 2 hours of our day trying to sort it out. Don’t bother.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel, mais une tour à condos. Plusieurs petits appartements sont simplement meublés ( et décorés au Dollarama) et loués pour de courts séjours. D’ailleurs, la piscine (qu’on voit dans les photos!!) est réservée aux résidents. Je m’attendais à mieux et plus.
