The staff were very friendly at this hotel, they have valet service and will park the vehicle underneath the hotel, to get belongings left in the car or to take your car out, it was very easy to request it from valet, (it may take up to 10 minutes) but they are relatively quick at getting the vehicle- you can also request it through your phone. The hotel didn’t offer many amenities. The rooms were clean, my view wasn’t the greatest, I could see into other peoples hotel rooms and into the balcony’s of people apartments, there was a military base across the street which was interesting to see. Unfortunately in Toronto it is hard to avoid unwanted company, and difficult to keep property fronts clean. It was close to the shopping and distillery district which was nice, and what I came to Toronto for, so everything was relatively close to my hotel. All my stops I needed to make were within 20 minutes of walking or taking an uber in Toronto traffic. The check in staff was friendly and bilingual which is nice for other guest.
