The check-in at the front desk was smooth, but unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. When we arrived at our room (Room 220), it was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. We went back to the front desk to request another room, but were told the hotel was fully booked. They offered to send room service instead.
When the room service lady arrived, she was extremely rude. Instead of greeting us or offering assistance, the first thing she said—very bluntly—was, “Why did you call?” She also claimed she didn’t clean the room and that someone else had done it, which didn’t help the situation at all.
To make things worse, the air conditioner in Room 220 wasn’t working at all, making our stay very uncomfortable.
Overall, the customer service and room conditions were far below expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve both cleanliness and staff behavior.
