My stay at the hotel was good. What would have made it better is if we had extra rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags left in the room since there was no house keeping. Yes, we can call to the front desk to ask for these things, but having them in the room of guests would have been better.

My experiance was very disappointing, I booked a none smoking room and the room smells smoke and asked for the room to be changed and I got a blunt "NO" and therewas crying children all night and I also report that to the front desk, so therefore i had two reasons to ask for the room to be changed. I had a test this morning starting at 8am and I wanted a quiet place to do it, bt that was not the case. In any event it was totally disappointing experiance. thank you

All our rooms are non-smoking, and the front desk agent has already informed the guest for the disturbance occurring from their room. We really apologize for the inconvenience and we will make sure it will not happen again.

It was easily accessible from 401. The staff was friendly and helpful. Please keep in mind that because of the pandemic they could not do miracles. They observed all regulations of the province and protected all guests and provided a service that is needed for those traveling.

Just okay
The hotel room was small, there was no actual closet (just a nook) to hang your coat, etc. I didn’t see an iron or ironing board so we made due. I guess we would have had to call down for that. Also there was no comforter on the bed, just sheets, the blanket was tucked in a drawer and the pillows were small (only 3) and looked like they were more of a decorative pillow then a real full size pillow. Everything else was fine.

The room was advertised as having a rainshower head - but it was not...it was a regular head. (I was given false expectations) Also there was no Iron or Ironing Board - even though there was a holder for the iron. These were - in one way - smallish things, but they mattered to me. Still, overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

Clean and quiet
This is our hotel for our many business trips to Scarborough. The hotel is located right by the 401, easy to get to when driving in from Montreal. It is clean and quiet.

Did not like anything at all. Not clean at all specially during covid time. There were fingerprints on furniture and dead flies by the window and the washroom handle was broken and the lamp was not working either. Worst experience ever.

Cockroaches in room
After 90 minutes in our room we saw cockroaches on the dresser and one on the bed. We immediately went down to reception and told the lady at the desk. She was very apologetic and said we would not be charged for the room, and we checked out and left. A week later I was charged by the hotel for the room. I contacted customer service and eventually, after several weeks was contacted by the hotel manager who told me that I was incorrect and there had been no cockroaches in the room and they were not refunding the charge. After that reply I contacted head office and to date have received no reply. I will absolutely never stay here, or in any other hotel in this chain again.

No, just no.
I didn’t have a comforter , just a literal sheet. The tub had mold, the room King suite was so tiny I couldn’t roll my bag past the bed. The bed wasn’t comfortable. This place was cheap but not cheap enough to justify the state the place was in.

When we first checked in those blood on the sheets. They moved us to another room. Never told us that the rooms were not being cleaned due to covid and when you're staying there for five nights so every day we had to go downstairs to grab our own towels. The hot water in the washroom would take about 15 minutes to running the shower before it would come hot.

It was good for a few days stay. Room was clean and spacious. It's nice to have a decent bar/restaurant downstairs. Good location IF you have a car. Parking was great
