”The stay was ok, but could have been better...I had to ask twice during my stay for more heat in the apartment (upon arrival and the second day). There was also a lot of kitchen necessity missing: coffee maker, oven baking tray, dish towels, peeler. There was a miscommunication about parking spots between the 2 tenants; the other tenants were smoking marijuana upstairs and the smell/smoke came to the apartment through the vents. ”Very nice "bachelor" pad, nicely decorated, but all in one room like a hotel room. The hot tub outside the unit was inviting, though we did not use it. There were many near-new plug-in small appliances & coffee and cappucino machines, but not facilities for cooking a full meal easily. TV watching was not comfortable with the only sofa being the pull-out bed. In short, very nice for a short stay with frozen meals. ”

”Sue & Manny were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. I loved how they decorated the Rustic Barn for Christmas - made me feel like I was home when I couldn’t be during this time of year. They even went above and beyond with my dogs and would bring them up to play with their dogs - my dogs always wanted to go upstairs when we’d go for a walk when I got home from work! She would keep me updated on how the were doing during the day and send pictures - it was a real family feel! I am so grateful to...

”The owners were very sweet, but they never communicated how we would get into the apartment or that it was in the basement of their house. We drove there not knowing if we'd get in or what to expect. It was okay once we did, but communication would have relieved a lot of concerns.”
