”Great room great location. I thought this was a hotel, but it was some kind of apartment. Ther check in procedures and check out process was also terrible. All communications were by offsite Global help line and email. I had to make many calls and many requests for emails to get all the codes I need just to get in my room and park my car in my prepaid parking spot. I will not stay here again. This is the worst review I have even given on Expedia”

”I booked a non refundable stay since I was going in a few days. It said parking was available on site, and it’s not until after you book that you find there’s no available spots, so I was forced to look elsewhere, and drag my luggage around. ”11 nights. Cannot have a better location if you want to stay close to Rogers center/CN tower: it is literally in front of it. The "luxury suite" has a corner balcony, corner of John&Front Streets. The suite has two complete bathrooms.
