”Gorgeous modern rooms, remodeled in 2024. Nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen at an hotel. Absolutely prime location, right on the min shopping street and steps from I’ll Campo. Amina was the best host ever and even helped us schlep our bags all the way to the Stadium parking lot (a 15 minute haul and the only downside about the property). ”

”Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. The only small minus I have to give to the breakfast room - between 8:30 - 9:30 it was grouded and customers had to queue too long for coffee. ”Simply - highly recommended! The location is perfect with a 5 min walk to the city center with a lot of attractions as well as for day trips to cities/villages in Toscany with a car. Rooms are stylish and very very clean! Staff is very helpfull and nice. Here they really take care of you! This was our 2nd more than one week stay in this hotel. A very easy and safe choice for our next trips in Toscany too.”

”Super easy and quick check in at the store next to the apartment. It’s a walk up so was a bit of a challenge to get all our luggage upstairs but the guy who checked us in (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) but he was so lovely and helpful, offering to take some bags himself. ”Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla vanhan kaupungin tuntumassa, helppo mennä myös autolla. Aamupala oli myös hyvä. Palvelussa sen sijaan olisi toivomisen varaaa. Huoneessa ei ollut ensimmäistäkään kuppia tai edes muovimukia ja meille kerrottiin että ne ovat loppu koko hotellista. Tässä hotellissa hinta-laatusuhde ei ollut kohdallaan ainakaan meidän huoneen osalta.
