”We spent two nights in the La Torre Doubletree by Hilton en route to Cartagena. The hotel has is built in 2008 and in a need of some renovation such as showers, spa, saunas bathrooms and such. The hotel is very clean and has good beds. Friendly 24/7 personnel and quite good food, especially liked the breakfast. Parking in the garage is expensive but street parking is available for free. No valet parking or bellboy services available, slowish wifi.”

”We booked for the first time with Murcia Holiday Rentals and we were not disappointed. The communication was excellent and any questions were answered immediately. The apartment is large, clean and has everything you need. The position was great and near the fantastic pools as well as being near the town centre. One of the blinds wasn’t working but this was put right as soon as we told the office and the man who came was friendly and efficient. We are definitely going to book again for next...

”Apartment was clean and well equipped. Pools were lovely and the ‘town’ square was great - good choice of restaurants and bars, and nice market twice a week. The entry system to the building (not the apartment) failed after 3 days. No workable back up plan (physical key was missing). This needs to be improved for future guests.”

The décor was modern and stylish, the pool area was fantastic, and the outdoor seating spaces were lovely—especially the one leading from the master bedroom with views over the golf course. We really enjoyed using the BBQ, but it would have been helpful to have tools provided for cleaning it after use. Another suggestion would be to supply some plastic cups for use around the pool, as it felt a little risky bringing glassware outside with children....
