The Standard Studio Apartment is a lovely, brand new, modern vacation home, ideal for vacations for two, beachfront, in Torre Ovo on the sea in Torricella.
The apartment is simple and cozy, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beaches of Puglia. There are: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, smart TV, coffee maker, mosquito nets, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc.
The vacation home accommodates up to 2 people. Pets are allowed.

The studio apartment is a simple and cozy, modern solution with all the essentials for a vacation alone or in two, a stone`s throw from the sea.
The single room is furnished with a double bed, closet, kitchenette with induction hob, smart TV, table and chairs for dining, as well as a storage room.
The apartment has a bathroom complete with sink, shower stall, toilet and hand shower.
The property has just been renovated and is tastefully furnished.
The surroundings of Miramare in Torre Ovo
The Miramare Standard Studio is located on the waterfront of Torre Ovo. The complex is located right in front of Librari beach. There are clubs and bars nearby.
The nearest towns with all services are Marina di Lizzano, about 8 km away, and Campomarino di Maruggio, about 13 km away.
 
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There is no bidet in the bathroom, but bidet sprayer.
- Single-fire induction plate.
