The gardens and pool area are very well maintained and clean. We had junior suite with own garden. The room was spacious and even the sofa bed for our son was very comfortable. ”Superb hotel! A charming oasis in a bustling city. Highlights: pool, sauna, breakfast. The historic centre is about 20 minutes bus ride away, but it’s worth it! Buses run regularly. ”

”We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool. ”
