Villa Cà Rossa consists of two independent apartments, each with a private entrance, air conditioning, exclusive terrace, and reserved parking.

The Orchidea apartment is located on the first floor and is bright, welcoming, and surrounded by a large terrace overlooking Lake Garda. It accommodates up to 6 guests and features:

Location and Accessibility



The villa is located in a hillside area above Toscolano Maderno, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, with breathtaking lake views.

The last stretch of road is unpaved, so we recommend avoiding low-sport cars. The town center and Lake Garda are approximately 10 minutes by car.



Leisure and Attractions



The villa is ideal for sports enthusiasts and active travelers. Famous amusement parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, and the Caneva Waterpark are about 55 km away; discounted tickets are available at check-in.



Golf lovers can reach the Bogliaco Golf Club in about 15 minutes, and some of Northern Italy’s best golf courses are nearby.



Thanks to its hillside and mountainous location, the area is also perfect for walking, trekking, and mountain biking, with scenic routes immersed in the natural beauty of Lake Garda.
