”This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room. Luckily I stayed at the Scottsdale location for the majority of my trip - I only "slept" one night here due to a flight cancellation. In future, I would head back to Scottsdale before setting foot into this location again. The...

”My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean and several basic safety and maintenance issues or impossible to ignore. There were uncovered electrical outlets sinks that didn’t drain properly and even the couch was broken the door to the room look like it had a damaged or compromise lock, which made the entire state stay feel unsafe. ”The property was rather run down and carpets were worn and dirty looking. Bathroom door paint was scratched badly and furniture in poor condition. Overall okay but felt rundown and dirty.”

”I was not able to utilize the pool because the key card did not work when I attempted to open it multiple times. The walkways need to be cleaned and swept outside of the rooms. The entire room needs to be renovated from the broken shower to the cracks of insulation that show in all of the roof corners that actually allow for airflow to come into the room and decrease insulation.”
