Be advised though there is no maid service for your room unless you stay longer than 3 days and you will need to ask front desk for clean towels or other needed items. When we checked in we weren't told this and finally went to front desk after 2 days of no clean towels and were told this policy. ”We did a staycation and celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary. The staff were all amazing, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable. ”We felt like we were with family. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was great. The hot tub and pools make it so much more enjoyable. They offer a mini dinner from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, which I thought was a great asset, especially for families. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only issue was that the dryer was not working when I was there. Overall, I would stay there again.”

”It smelled really bad and the room smelt like mildew and the ac filter was really dirty and when I went to put my bag into the chair it had a lot of stains that I couldn’t bring myself to stay there I went and told the clerk that I couldn’t stay there and I was going to find something different and she said have a good night”

”Fridge barely worked, hole in chair, no trash bags. Just felt like I could have had a nicer hotel for the rate for the room. Almost $300 for one night. USB plug in’s did not work on one side of bed and forget using streaming apps in that room as well. We were put on the 8th floor and walked forever as well which I felt wasn’t needed as it wasn’t packed. Just too much if you’re not spending your time at the casino. Only positive was the shuttle for our concert. Next time I’ll stay close and uber...
