”We enjoyed the lay out of the condo and the closeness to activities. The mattresses should be replaced. The outside of the steps and porch needs updated. ”

”Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The location and price point were unbeatable for the Gatlinburg area. We wanted something far enough away from the crowds so as not to be overwhelming, and this rental definitely met that desire. It is a bit of a drive from most locations, so if you are wanting something within walking distance of downtown, this wouldn't be right for you. The condo has a little age, but nothing that created any problems or disappointment for our family. ”
