”We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 ”

”Excellent experience with this property and management! We had a slight hiccup with the door code but Sean came to the rescue immediately and got us squared away. This place is in prime location just across the road from the Wax Museum but far enough from the highway that we did not have to hear all the traffic at all hours! You can walk not even 5 minutes and catch the trolley so you don’t have to drive from one end of the town to the next. Property was very clean and we will definitely be...

”We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. Just a tad bit issie with the washing machine may be we didnt notice if that was already mentioned in the listing, but machine was not working so we had to do some replanning with the clothing. Otherwise the cabin is quite nice. Very thoughtful hosts. Location is good not too far from Gatlinburg. Overall a great place for a break. Will sure book again when we plan to go.”
