”We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable our room was. The flavor of the old historic building was maintained while meeting the standards of most modern facilities. We arrived early and Chelsea took care of our luggage until our room was ready. She went through the Skagway highlights with us and we were off to explore the town. ”The room was small but had nice furniture and clean and confortable bed. It was quiet but it did not have a bathroom. The bathroom available was doen the hall. It was clean and i had a good shower. The staff were nice and helpfull. The breakfast was included and very tasty, it was a good surprise. My room was pet friendly. The wifi in the room was good. Parking was avsilable across from the hotel.”

”The main issue we had as there is no sign on the building! There is no way to identify you have arrived at the location. You have to get the room key from a store near the building ( we had to ask people in the street and eventually another store owner took us to the right store to get the key) very unprofessional and frustrating. ”

”I loved this hotel and it’s ambiance; would have loved to stay here longer and relaxed. Restaurant was great too. The hotel’s exterior appearance melded well with the architecture of surrounding buildings.”
