”Great location, security and food and wine options. The staff was amazing, loved chatting with the local staff. So friendly.”

”I was in room 2 for 1 night. The shower is moldy and extra small. The bath room needs a major upgrade. The bedroom was adequate. The breakdast was sparce, but the owner is very attentive.”

”The place is comfortable and clean and has a very helpful staff. it just seems to me they are a little sketchy around the edges. The safe didn’t work and the refrigerator had a lot of things in it that knocked around when you shut the door.. The place is clean and safe and in an excellent location when coming from or going to the airport. This may address a concern for people who are not used to driving on the left side of the road. The quality of the breakfast was not quite at the level of...

”The room was clean, spacious and above all quiet.”

”It was a nice hotel. Clean, safe, spacious suites with ample patio space. A lovely view. Front desk super helpful. I enjoyed my stay.”

”Very kind and friendly people an staff- Thank you. Axel and Yannik from Germany”

”Staff were amazing! Breakfast was delicious, however the menu and allocated inclusive points you have to order other items not included in said points needs more clarity! The downside were the showers, we only stayed for 1 night but didnt use them as they looked horrible and need to be removed and new ones installed. The air conditioning units need a clean also, mine felt like dust was being blown out. Location great, just fix the showers and give the air conditioning a good regular clean.”

”The room was clean and spacious and quiet. The staff was very nice.”

”Rooms were neat and clean”

”It was strange and uncomfortable that the bathroom was in the same room as the living room. No privacy. It was also a little annoying when the room key only worked once. Then you had to go and recode the key.”

”Hillside Executive Accommodationin sijainti n. 3 km päässä Windhoekin keskustasta on mielestäni erinomainen. Paikka on rauhallinen. Lähikauppa (Puma huoltoasema) on aivan vieressä ja noin 600 m päässä on iso kaupparykelmä, josta saa liki kaikkea. Huoneet ovat tilavia ja siistejä. Kaikki tärkeimmät uutiskanavat (BBC World News) ovat saatavilla huoneissa.”

”The staff was consistently kind and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by a persistent and unpleasant odor coming from an open sewer line that was covered with plywood. At times, the smell was overwhelming and made my stay uncomfortable. I was especially concerned for the office staff, whose workspace is located very close to this area. While the accommodations were modest, this issue detracted noticeably from what could otherwise have...

”Good, but nothing extra. Only 2 plugs in the room (1 European, 1 Nam) far from the bed. Breakfast was varied but not very tasty. One morning they were out of everything (breads, yogurt, muesli, fruit, warm food like potatoes and sausages, coffee, the coffee machine was empty as well). Took me over half an hour to finally be ready to eat. The breakfast room is very noisy as well. One morning the cleaner tried to come in at 8, I was still asleep, took me ages to convince her to come back later....

”My experience at Marigold Hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly in terms of food quality and guest safety. The food was excessively expensive, yet the quality did not justify the prices charged. As a guest, I expected a much better standard of food and service, especially considering the premium prices on the menu. However, my biggest concern was the hotel’s security and access policy. Closing the main doors at 10:00 PM and forcing guests to enter through the garage is unacceptable....
