”It was strange and uncomfortable that the bathroom was in the same room as the living room. No privacy. It was also a little annoying when the room key only worked once. Then you had to go and recode the key.”

”Outstanding! Get a room with the pool, will be nice to dip into the cool water after the day in the desert. The Christmas meal we had was fantastic, will never forget the chocolate cake with Amarula sauce. The sky with stars is breathtaking during the night! Best place to stay when visiting Sossusvlei.”

”Good, but nothing extra. Only 2 plugs in the room (1 European, 1 Nam) far from the bed. Breakfast was varied but not very tasty. One morning they were out of everything (breads, yogurt, muesli, fruit, warm food like potatoes and sausages, coffee, the coffee machine was empty as well). Took me over half an hour to finally be ready to eat. The breakfast room is very noisy as well. One morning the cleaner tried to come in at 8, I was still asleep, took me ages to convince her to come back later....

”The staff were absolutely wonderful and made our short stay feel like a home away from home. Everyone was so friendly and approachable, nothing was every too much trouble and we really enjoyed practising our Afrikaans as it had been a while! Thanks to Andy and team. The game drives were really respectful of the animals on the property and we saw so much wildlife so that was a real treat. Location is perfect for relaxation and the food was so delicious!”

”Our Habitas is nestled on the top of a mountain and it boasts 360 views. The Savannah rooms are breezy and beautiful. The staff truly makes you feel at home. The food was delicious and the safari drives were fabulous. My only suggestion is that you stay for more than 1 night.”

”Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, served by the excellent, considerate and light-hearted waiting staff. When I appeared to have lost my passport just before leaving, Stephanie on the front desk instantly jumped into fully supportive tracking mode, and together we found it. The approach to service seemed excellent throughout all the staff I encountered.”

”中心地から離れているので、静かな場所でした。 歩いて行ける場所にスーパーが1軒あるくらいです。 洗濯をしたかったので事前に洗濯機があるか問い合わせたら、あると言うことだったのですが、それは自分でするのではなく、ランドリーサービスとしてでした。 洗濯したものを部屋に置いてくれていました。 簡単に部屋に入って来られてたのが、気になりました。 私たちの部屋は窓ガラスが出入り口になっていて、少しプライベート感に欠けていました。 朝ごはんは充分でした。早く出かけると伝えるとパン、果物、ジュース、ゆで卵、水をパックにしてくれていました。 スタッフは感じ良かったです。 空港までのタクシーを頼みましたが、言っていた金額と少し違っていました。 シャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤーはありません。”
