Located in a quiet residential area in Trapani on the western coast of Sicily, Villa Nerissa is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool. Nearby you will find a restaurant and delicatessen and there are more shops, banks and restaurants in Pacheco (10 km). The lovely sandy beach of Marausa Lido is just a few minutes’ drive away and nature and sports lovers will enjoy the biking trails, trekking and birdwatching in the area.

Moreover, it is a great starting point for visiting the historical towns of Trapani, Erice and Marsala, the Egadi Islands (reachable by boat), the Zingaro nature reserve and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

The villa is composed of a 200 square meter main house which develops over one level and two annexes which develop over one level.

In the main house you will find an open plan living space with a lounge area (with comfortable seating), a kitchen/dining area (with table and chairs) and a guest bathroom (with toilet). In the sleeping area there is one double bedroom (with king size bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a terrace.

In the first annex, you will find one double bedroom (with king size bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a patio.

In the second annex you will find a further double bedroom (with king size bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a patio.

Outside you will find a large garden with lawn, ornamental and aromatic plants and a large private swimming pool (16 m x 6 m; depth 1 m – 1.6 m; open from 01/01 – 31/12; depuration salt). Sun terraces (equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers), terraces and a veranda, an outdoor bathroom (with shower) and a covered terrace with kitchen, barbecue and eating area (with table and chairs).
