”We got the suite room and when we got into the room there was pool of water on the floor which I almost trip into. I called housekeeping and we waited for awhile for them to clean up. I called the housekeeper whom I saw out outside. He took some pictures.”

”This new hotel is in good place as from walking distance to great music live entertaiment and nice restaurants. Hotel has nice door service and nice but expencive restaurant. Sometimes they forget to leave complimentaey water bottles and one time to clean the room. I stayed three weeks so saw a lot. Breakfast service was not standard quality. Sometimes good sometines not so good. Depending eho was working. Missed cheese slices and salad table paprika every morning not just rarely.”

”Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!”

”First time staying here and it won't be the last. The hotel is very clean, my room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the pool is fantastic. I wish i had spent some time in the lobby bar. But hands down -- THE STAFF ARE THE BEST! Every single staff member was the most polite, the most friendly, the most helpful, and the most professional out of all the "major" hotels I've stayed at in the city!”

”Directly across from SM City mall is super convenient. Clean and nice but the emergency light battery was dead. Breakfast was mediocre but plentiful (don't purchase with booking, it's cheaper onsite). I'm giving factual criticism, but I have no serious complaints and would be happy to stay again.”

”Noisy, Noisy Noisy. Loud motorcycles passed by into the early morning hours and this hotel has the worst sound proofing ever. I asked to change the room to behind the road passing but the manager said that a quiet room costs more. Did not sleep well for the 3 nights there. Hotel must invest in some type of sound proofing. Loudest hotel I ever stayed at. No hot water in the room the first day and night. Embarrassing small plate and small variety of vegetables and fruits were offered at the...
