”Clean room and wonderful staff, but no hot water in the room. The hotel is undergoing major renovations and much of it seems to be under construction. A worker was hammering late into the night on whatever he was working on, until maybe around 9 p.m.”

”This place was awesome, so close to downtown Austin and you really get more bang for your buck staying close to the airport (they even had a free shuttle service). Only heard one plane go by and wasn't bothersome at all. Staff was very nice, the room was huge! And very well appointed and decorated super cute. I felt safe traveling alone. Great breakfast and gym. Would definitely stay here again. No notes.”

”I only stayed here one night to be closer to the airport. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had all the amenities needed and they offer free airport shuttle. The lobby has a nice bar, fireplace and sitting area. They offer coffee and breakfast in the morning. I was very pleased and would definitely return.”

”Issue I had was with staff. Not sure if the person who helped me was inexperienced but she charged my card 4x which locked my card and then told me my card was declined. My bank confirmed the charge went through. It was a daunting experience after I’ve been traveling that day for 10 hours. My service experience was terrible but the property was great. Hotel common areas and rooms were clean. Beds comfy. Shower spacious. Overall okay. ”

”This was in a perfect spot for us. Walkable to many shops, restaurants and bars. The inn itself was fantastic. Loved the decor and amenities. The coffee machine was wonderful with all the different choices. Checking in and out was very easy and staff was great at communicating. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Austin.”

”Beautiful modern room with great amenities and very clean. The only downside is if you get a room that faces the street, you will hear the band playing from the bar across the narrow street. ”

”The AC was not working in our room both nights. There was really nothing to eat for breakfast so we had to buy breakfast from outside. We could not sleep for 2 nights. The bathroom vent was making loud noise. It was a waste of money with so much inconvenience. ”
