All that to be told it was a false alarm. The lack of security and safety was non existent. My room had a connecting door and the noise...

”Check out was supposed to be at 4 pm and the room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. The lady at the reception wasn’t very helpful. Other than that, everything was fine.”

”Lovely”

”This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!”

”Nice balcony that's shared which you can't see in pics. Bed is firm but comfortable. Room is really small but just right if you using it to sleep in for 2 people. It's an older building but was very pleasant to stay in and seems to be really well insulated, the only sound you hear is if someone from the next room is going in or out their door.”

”Excellent excellency n more excellent”

”There are plenty of amenities nearby, so you don't need to go anywhere else.”
