”Location was great, check in was easy. However, knowing the amount of people staying in the room, the amount of items needed were not properly stocked (towels, toilet paper, etc) ”

”Very clean, easy check in! Staff was also friendly. They did knock 30 minutes before our check out time which was unnecessary but other that that good hotel to stay especially for cruising or flights. ”

”The breakfast menu covered all the basics and considered ppl who dont eat pork or meat. The rooms and fitness center were clean, the staff were friendly. Its a great place to stay.”

”Traffic is Kenner is kind of crazy. You have to pass the hotel find a place to turn around and go back to the hotel. The stay and the staff were excellent. ”

”The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that.”

”Was not picked up or dropped off at the airport by shuttle. Front desk did send LYFT car and scheduled LYFT for the next day to take us back to the airport. Front desk clerk did not seem very happy to be working on a Saturday. Had a problem with toilet in room not flushing completely. Was told maintenance was gone for the day at 6PM when reported to Front desk. My husband had to use a restroom in the lobby that night and the next morning. Snack machines very limited. Unable to get across 6...

”Staff was very kind and helpful but for 320 (insane) a night I expect at least a decent nights sleep and a shuttle to airport. They advertise for a shuttle but didn’t have one apparently even though when we called other locations they said they should. We heard every single noise throughout the whole night and the people in the room above us fought so bad and very late into the night that we had to call the front desk about a DV situation. Then we could hear their early morning conversations...

”Breakfast was almost inedible. The eggs were really watery and gross. Area was dirty. The options were so limited compared to other like properties. Staff super friendly! Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. ”
