”I had a very pleasant stay at LaHotera Kokapet. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Hyderabad.”

The refrigerator didn’t work, and there was no kitchenette, which added to the inconvenience. On top of that, the location listed on Expedia was misleading. In addition , room were not upto standard. something wrong with electricity wiring .. it tripped in night few times and I had to ask them to call the electrician few times. in addition the bidet with toilet was leaking .. so every day morning the bathroom was leaky . overall the stay was poor and it needs lot upgrade .. staff has been supportive to come immediately for resolution ”

”The washroom looked so untidy. There’s no ventilation for the bathroom. The housekeeping staff opened the door while I was in the room with his key. Breakfast was kind of average. They have no value for customers.”
