Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. ”We had a one night stay here. V reasonably priced. Super cute and well appointed shepherd hut in the grounds of The Bell Inn, where we had a fab evening meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend.”
