”I had a great stay! The hotel building and atmosphere were truly amazing. The bedrooms from 12-17 got quite warm due to poor ventilation in the hallways, so that's something to be aware of. The gym was decent and the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi were a nice bonus. The breakfast was excellent, though the internet connection was a bit spotty. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely stay here again.”

”Large and comfortable hotel with very good location near Cabot circus shopping mall and Bristol coach station. The room was not one of those renovated shown at hotel website, but with a older style interior. Anyway very good and comfortable room with iron and ironing table and large comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite decent, but did not really match the hotel´s price level.”

”Staff are lovely and welcoming. Room was clean when we arrived and breakfast buffet had a good choice and was replenished regularly. Watch out for the option to not have your room serviced some days. We opted for this as it was a short stay and didn't realise that it meant not even the bins were emptied. Staying with a baby, we were glad not to have been staying any longer! I'm sure they would have emptied the bins if we'd asked though, the staff really were ever so helpful.”
