For self-catering and a fun morning out, Limone del Garda’s market takes place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. Here you can find the best local produce and delicious ingredients to take home. You can combine your shopping with a stroll around this famous town, which is celebrated for its medieval castle, cobbled streets, citrus fruits and olive oil. Alternatively, there are many supermarkets close by, one is just 6 minutes away.

For active visitors, there are facilities for windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, sailing and fishing, all within 15 to 20 minutes by car. The region is also known for its trekking and mountain bike trails, including the scenic Limone del Garda walkway/cycle route which hugs the cliffs and shoreline around Lake Garda.

The nearest airports are Villafranca di Verona (1 hour and 30 minutes) and Milan Bergamo about 2 hours drive.
