”My recent stay at this Microtel was decent, but a few things stood out. The room was generally fine, but I was surprised to find there was no iron. Having to go downstairs to borrow one from the staff was inconvenient, and I found it strange that the iron is shared among all guests. It would be much better if each room had its own.
The check-in process was also a bit unusual. The front desk asked for my debit card, but then the card reader was positioned for me to swipe myself. It wasn't a big...

”The women at the front desk was nice. The first room I was given looked like it had been kicked in and the deadbolt was broken. This is clearly unacceptable so I went back to the front desk and she gave me “better room”on a “better floor”. The “better” room was still gross . There were what looked like blood stains all over the couch . I didn’t even put my suitcase on it . Bottom line this place is a dump. If you can afford $30 more dollars you’ll get a much better experience somewhere else.”

”Check in was great the young lady was bubly and cheerful said we didn't have to pay for parking and took our ticket for the garage. Later at check out found out we got charged $45 a night for parking. Staff the rest of the stay seemed grumpy and bugged if we asked for anything. The elevator situation was horrible only one out of two of them worked coming up and down to the garage. The other 4 inside one never worked another broke during our stay leaving 2 working elevators for a 16 floor hotel...

”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...
