”Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. He gave us recommendations for water taxi, restaurants and tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. Grazie mille Massimo!!”

”Wonderful old Palazzo, Great flat with a lot of Space. Save parking in the backyard. Unfortunately Loud music from the bar nearby on friday Night. We had to sleep with closed Windows. Perfect Location in the old town Center directly to the River Brenta.”

”I stayed for one week during the Biennale - a great place in the more touristy part of the City, but still quiet enough for a very good night's sleep. Central and walkable to all destinations within the city (5' to Piazza San Marco; 25' to the train station, 25' to the Biennale etc..) Be aware of mosquitos in Venice due to the canals, so if you don't like them, bring some spray. Also, the Internet in the apartment was slow, so if you also need to work, bring some patience (and maybe one...

”Our group of 2 couples spent 5 days at Irene’s apartment. We found it to be very clean, nicely updated, with very comfortable beds. The location was excellent for us. Walking distance from the train station, just steps to the vaporetto stop, and in the midst of many excellent cafes and trattorias. This was an excellent area for starting and ending our days. Much calmer than the busier areas, and less crowded. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay at this lovely apartment, and highly recommend it...

”L’appartamento è grande, chiarissimo. Ha un bel giardino dove si può sedersi o mangiare. Si può vedere un bel tramonto a due passi. I due bagni sono moderni. La cucina ha tutto quello di qui si ha bisogno. Tanti restauranti accanto all appartamento. Si può venire a piedi dalla stazione in 10 minuti e senza avere un ponte con scalini a attraversare. Molto comodo con le valigie. L’unica cosa è che l’appartamento è un po’ lontano dal centro ma c’è il vaporetto vicino e che non ci sono supermercati...

”Unser Aufenthalt war super 20 Minuten entfernt von der Stadt und eine sehr schöne Lage. Die beste Umgebung. Die Haus Eigentümer haben an alles gedacht. Die haben zu Hause von A bis Z alles gehabt. Besser als Otel. Die Töpfe, Geschirr Kaffee, Teegebäck die haben alles gehabt. Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, alles was man Brauch man hat sich sehr sehr gut gefühlt und alles ist in der Nähe”

”The actual studio apartment was not available due to damage from a falling tree. Our host was very kind and provided alternative accommodation for us and was in contact all the time to offer assistance. ”

”This is a fantastic, clean, quiet place in Murano. We stayed at a few different VRBOs in Italy where we had issues with hot water. But here, my family of 5 were able to take hot showers and use the washer as well. The beds were very comfortable. And communication with host was very good. One thing for potential guests: You will have to factor in the cost of travel from Venice to Murano. I am not sure if there was a cheaper way to travel, but we bought a 35euro ticket that could be used over...

Stock laut, da Touristen vorbeiströmen, Lärmpegel durch Rollkoffer ein Desaster. Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock okay. Unhygienisches Kopfteil vom Bett. Bad in Ordnung, Dusche mit Vorhang, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, Handtücher und Föne in Ordnung. Bad im 1. Stock mit Badewanne ohne Vorhang, Toilettenspülung defekt. Nur eine Person kann duschen. Sitzsituation im Haus...

”Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche überaus grosszügig ausgestattet. Gerne kocht man darin. Mit 2 Bädern, ein grosses Wohnzimmer und schöner Balkon konnten wir uns gut ausruhen . Sehr geeignet für mehrere Personen , aber auch für uns 3 sehr angenehm. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich , und beantwortet alle Fragen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.”

”Clean, new hotel with comfy beds, air-conditioning and a kitchenette. Everything new and functioning well. Helpful staff, laundry and breakfast available for considerable price. 5 minutes from the train station. Bus for Venice leaving from the next street and train also available. Takes 15-20 minutes. ”

”We used this hotel standard suite during our honeymoon trip to Venice. There were issues what kind of suite we get but those were quickly resolved by friendly stuff and we got what we paid for. Service is good but hotel rooms are a bit out dated, would need some fixing here and there. Overall impression was positive, good hotel near those famous places surrounding San Marco square.”
