”The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. ”Staff was kind and helpful, daily included breakfast was great and much appreciated as were the coin operated laundry machines. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but not clean - I fished out multiple clumps of hair in the pool and the water color and smell in the hot tub honestly made us think someone had urinated in it. The carpet in our room was straight up not clean - visible dirt/crumbs throughout. ”
