In a case like this, a member of our staff will always double check the room followed by an immediate call to have any issues taken care of as we take cases involving pests with utmost seriousness.Unfortunately, we did not have a phone number on file to reach out to you but we did reach out via email to follow up on this case and let you know that we have provided a full refund for your stay on Wednesday, February 14th.
