”Overall good stay and would stay again.
Issues
1) Opened the door to my room and the heater was set to 81 degrees. Crazy.
2) Bedspread kinda messed up like it was just tossed on the bed and not made.
3) NO BATHTOWELS. I was given 2 bath mats and 3 wash clothes, 1 was black stained.”

”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations.
Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning.
Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....

”The Hotel is pretty terrible.
Had to change rooms, first room no curtains and large light from parking lot was pouring in the room. Second room the AC did not work. The next morning I ask to have them check the A/C. I came back around 1:45 pm and front desk said they did it. They did not and then after I went back to the front desk which by the way the staff hide in the back so there is never anyone at the front desk. The sent the guy to fix or really clean the A/C machine as it looks like...
