Welcome to our bright, sea-view apartment in the peaceful Li Canneddi hamlet on Sardinia's beautiful Costa Rossa - the perfect base for couples or a small family exploring the island's northern coastline.

Just a 7-minute walk from the golden sand of Cala Canneddi and 15 minutes from the Blue Flag beach at Marinedda, you'll have some of Sardinia's finest beaches on your doorstep. Back at the apartment, relax on the panoramic two-level terrace as the sun sets over the rooftops to the sea.

Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning throughout, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, washing machine and private parking. One double bedroom plus two beds in the open-plan living area comfortably sleep up to four (ideal for two adults, or a couple with one or two children). Access to the residence swimming pool is available on request for an additional charge.

Isola Rossa village - with its harbour, restaurants, shops and Aragonese tower - is a 5-minute drive. Day trips reach medieval Castelsardo (20 min), Alghero (1 hr) and the famous beaches of Stintino and La Pelosa. Olbia airport is about 1h30 away and Alghero airport about 1 hour.
