”Siisti hotelli ihan rannalla,ranta on hyvä,pitkä ja rauhallinen ja snorkkaus onnistuu heti hotellin edestä.Henkilökunta ihan ok,puolihoidossa iltaruoka oli aina samantyylistä mutta ihan syötävää silti.Myös aamupala toisti itseänään,pitempään lomaillessa kyllästymisen vaara on suuri! Kaukana Flic en Flackin keskustasta joka on pieni paikka.Liikenteen melu ei häirinnyt,todella rauhallinen ympäristö.

”Definately stay in the Nirvana adult only side if you want to have quiet stay without the noise of kids. Nirvana rooms also have butlers that are amazing especially Kesaven. Also the Nirvana pool bar employees took good care of us especially Espoir. We stayed here for honeymoon and truly enjoyed it.”
”Loman päätteeksi yövyimme Villas Mon Plaisir - hotellissa. Alku lomasta oli ollut seikkailua ja hyvää erilaista ruokaa, joten puffee aamiainen ja illallinen olivat pettymys. Aamupalan olimme tilanneet etukäteeen ja söimme sen, illallisen nautimme ensimmäisen illan jälkeen kylillä. Sieltä löytyy mielenkiintoisia paikkoja mautitiusliasen tapaan. Kevyt-lounas tosin maistui allasbaarissa, aikataulut olivat tiukkoja ja meillä oli hieman vaikeuksia ehtiä paikalle ajoissa.

”Hieno hotelli, kaikinpuolin ystävällistä henkilökuntaa, mutta jos olet turistimatkalla en suosittele pitkää yöpymistä. Siitä syystä että pääkaupungissa ei lopulta ole kovin paljon nähtävää. Vietimme lomallamme ensin 10 yötä itärannikolla rantahotellissa, ja sen jälkeen 3 yötä pääkaupungissa. Ajatuksena ottaa viimeisinä päivinä kaikki irti mitä pääkaupungista voisi odottaa löytyvän. Kaupungin "nähtävyydet" oli tosin puolen päivän jälkeen nähty, eikä parissa ostoskeskuksessakaan jaksa...
”We spent a week on our honeymoon at The Ravenala Attitude Hotel. The whole resort was a wonderful paradise. The rooms were big and clean. The staff everywhere was extremely friendly. We always got help and advice for everything we needed.

"We had a lovely stay at C Mauritius. The all-inclusive concept is great: there's a nice buffee at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a place you can get drinks and snacks in between. We also got to experience an excellent menu at the Asian restaurant because of our honeymoon. The couples massage was great and the whole spa & gym area really nice (AC could work a bit better at the gym though). I can see this hotel working for families with kids and friend groups. It also worked for our honeymoon, but the overall vibe is more young and playful vs. romantic and calm. Overall, a great option if you are visiting east coast!"
"We were quite dissappointed in our stay at LUX. Based on their marketing, we were expecting top-notch service and lots of activities. The reality was not that glamorous. For example, during our 5-day stay, there was only 1 outdoor movie and no indoor movies for adults. We received our room 3 hours late because of maintenance issues (AC and phone not working). It smelled very strongly of paint (they were painting the room next door) but when asked, we could not switch the room because of that. There were also a lot of problems during checkout and the communication between different LUX employees was really bad (someone promised a late checkout, the other called that we need to leave the room early, we were charged too much, etc.). On a positive note, the food at the hotel restaurants was good and there was always room in the multiple pools and beaches. However, be aware that even with dinner included, drinks will be charged. A carafe of water costs 5€, which is quite a lot considering you can't really avoid drinking it. A small coke is 6€, which also seems too steep. There are no stores close by. We would not recommend this hotel as you can find a lot better options at Mauritius even with lower budget."
