”The Fiveplace Design Suite and Apartments is located in the historic center of Trapani. It’s a very minimalist hotel with very modern, clean and comfortable features. Francesco, the owner and manager, is exceptional! He is very professional and helpful and ensures you have everything you need. This is a great place to stay as you’re in the middle of the shops and walking streets and port, all right there! Great place and kudos to Francesco for his excellent care and professionalism!”

”This property is a good walk to the old city, we like to walk so this was perfect. Room was cleaned everyday, parking was easy, at the property and free. There is a good coffee shop close by as well as self service laundry service. If staying more than a couple nights, would recommend asking for a couple extra pillows as bed is a little hard for our preference. We had a small balcony which was great to open and get fresh air, private bathroom and a shared kitchen space that provided coffee. ...

The best part though was our host, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, providing several restaurants and activity recommendations for the area as well as suggestions for elsewhere on our trip. ”

”This place was a hidden jewel. The room was big had a balcony had a good hot shower big window to open. The entire place has a wonderful old time charcter had wonderful morning service. The restraunt downstairs was a bonus after traveling it was nice just to be able to go downstairs and have very good food. ”

”I visited Trapani with my boyfriend at the end of February and I have to say that staying at La Gancia was a vey nice experience, the lady working there was very nice and she spoke English well and she helped us a lot with finding places and with the taxi and car rental. The other staff was nice as well. Eating breakfast on the inside terrace with a view to the sea was delightful. We were always greeted in a friendly way by everyone working at the hotel. Be warned, there's an excellent bakery just around the corner, very hard to resist! Also the beach is only a short walk away.
