Siinä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joissa molemmissa suihkut, ja parivuodesohva, tilava oleskelutila ja ruokasali, keittiö, astianpesukone, uuni, liesi ja rakennettu jääkaappipakastimeen sekä erittäin iso terassi, joka ympäröi huoneistoa Pöydän tuolit ja aurinkotuoleja. Lahden poikki on upeat näkymät, ja terassi saa aurinkoa aamusta hämärään. Kokonaispinta-ala 163 m2.
    Huomaa, että tällä alueella on useita lentokenttiä, Split (x 15 minuutin päässä) ja Zadarin lentokenttä n. 1 tunti asunnosta, Iso-Britanniasta. Ryan Air harjoittaa säännöllisiä kesäaikalentoja.

The terrace was an amazing spot to enjoy the sun and observe the ocean. We loved having two bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. The proximity to Trogir was perfect and the walking path over the hill was so convenient.

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It had a large terrace with a beautiful sea view, which was perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning worked well in every room, making our stay very comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located close to the beach and shops, and it's only a short walk from the charming old town of Trogir. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

A very good apartment

The apartment was very clean and the people responsible for the apartment were very helpful during the stay. I would recommend living here - also because of its walking distance to the center of trogir and to the beaches.

Great views and a beautiful quiet location

Property had all the amenities you would look for in a vacation home rental. Well maintained and fully stocked. Driving to and from can be a bit scary at times - very narrow roads.....

Trogir apartment

We had a great stay in Mark’s lovely apartment in Trogir. It is as advertised and the balcony is even bigger than you can imagine. It has everything that you’ll need for a great home stay. The path into old town is very convenient but be prepared for a steep uphill climb on the way back!

Wir waren vom 31.07. bis zum 20.08. in diesem Apartment. Leider entspricht die Unterkunft nicht ganz dem Eindruck, den die Bilder vermitteln. Das Meer ist nicht 100 Meter entfernt – man braucht etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß und muss dabei teilweise an der Straße entlanggehen. Außerdem sind es ungefähr 90 Stufen bis zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und leider vieles nicht mehr sauber oder frisch. Einige Dinge waren kaputt oder funktionierten nicht richtig. Die einzige wirklich schöne Sache ist die große Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Meerblick – dieser ist tatsächlich wunderschön. Insgesamt sollte die Beschreibung und vor allem die Bilder der Unterkunft angepasst werden, damit zukünftige Gäste keine falschen Erwartungen haben.

Perfect located 3B apartment with lovely terrace and view of the Trogir bay

We enjoyed 15 nights in this lovely air conditioned apartment, which have everything you need with 3 bedrooms, large terrace with view of the bay and in walking distance to a nice white stone beach and the city of Trogir with a large variety of restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped including barbecue and a fridge for keeping your wine chilled. The communication with Sandra from the rental agency went very smooth and easy.

Schöne stadtnahe Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und schön. Sie lässt sich auch im Hochsommer noch sehr gut kühlen. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass sich die viel befahrene Straße direkt vor dem Haus befindet und letztlich fast ganz Trogir unter der Einflugschneise liegt. Ist also eher nichts für ruhebedürftige, aber was für Menschen, die gerne abends zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen.

Beautiful spot, incredible views

Within easy distance of small stone beach, restaurant and small shop. Hilly in parts, no continuous pavement and it is a busy road. Care needed. Trogir and the surrounding area beautiful. Apartment spotless, well situated with marvellous view. Apartment had air conditioning which was essential - we arrived during an unprecedented heatwave. Uber half the price of taxis. All the restaurants we tried were very good. Would definitely visit again. Views from the apartment below

Mega geile Wohnung mit dieser Traumterrasse

Wir waren kurz skeptisch, ob die Terrassenbilder halten was sie versprechen. Aber es ist fast noch schöner. Sehr geile Lage, rechts in 10 min in der wunderschönen Altstadt zu Fuß, links in 5 min am ersten Strand😎 die Terrasse ist gigantisch und einfach nur der Traum. Die Wohnung war vollends ausgestattet, viel Platz und super klimatisiert. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super und auch das Team vor Ort ist super nett. Diese Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen! Gruß aus Deutschland

Excellent location and accommodation near Trogir

The property is excellent. Beds were comfortable and everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is amazing and there is a cooling breeze at times. Everything in the apartment worked well, showers were good, air conditioning effective and the oven/hob was fine. We were able to walk into Trogir via the ‘short-cut’ in around 10 minutes. Trogir is a beautiful medieval town, better than Split in our opinion. The ferry service from Trogir to Split takes around 1 hour and worked well, think it was around 34 kn each way per adult. We used the local bus service to visit the Kastels, they run around every 20 minutes most of the time (return cost 22kn for our trip). We went to Krka national park, hiring a car instead of going on an organised trip (we stopped at the pirate mini golf (18 holes), near Sibenik on the way - recommended. The agents at Dalmatian property were prompt, helpful and efficient with any requests, helping to organise a taxi to their office and then the apartment after we landed. We had a great holiday, location and apartment perfect with stunning views from the balcony.

Fin og romslig leilighet, uvanlig godt utstyrt kjøkken. Stor veranda med gode møbler og fin utsikt.

Nice and spacious flat, very well equipped kitchen. Large balcony with solid furnitures and beautiful view.

The apartment is fantastic. Comfortable, convenient and the balcony is amazing

We had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment is really comfortable and fantastically well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is nice and convenient for Trogir, the beaches and the bars in Okrug Gornji. It is a short walk to all of them. The highlight of the stay is the brilliant balcony which has lots of comfy furniture and amazing views. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location

We had a great experience here, the balcony is AMAZING it’s a really quiet location and within easy walking distance to the centre of Trogir or Okrug Gornji. The apartment is clean and bright and the perfect base to explore and chill out at the end of the day!

Fantastisk utsikt

Pen og innholdsrik leilighet med fantastisk utsikt. Stor og flott terrasse. 3 gode soverom, hyggelig stue og kjøkken og 2 pene bad. kun noen minutter til strand og butikker. Og en god snarvei ned til Trogir sentrum. Leiligheten inneholdt det meste. Det eneste vi savnet var en informasjonsbok om praktiske opplysninger.

Croatia 🇭🇷 is an amazing country Trogir wonderful especially the old part of the city Fab food and an abundance of restaurants Lovely local market Shops good for groceries great fish market Easily accessible from Split by hired car Appt large and spacious clean and well equipped Wouldn’t have wanted 8 people 6 Max Great patio area with lovely views and b b cue Only one improvement could be made more lighting in the kitchen Easy to get to Split to take ferry to other islands Hvar and Brac lovely Hired a boat for the day from Trogir amazing experience Over all amazing holiday we will certainly go back Thanks Maria

Great apartment

The view from the Balcony is spectacular! We had a really nice stay. Things to improve: There would be really nice if there was an info folder/ information about practical things like where the closest grocery store is located, where to walk to get to the beach and town to avoid the road with the hazard traffic, phonenumber for taxi, doctor, police etc.. Also a small map over the area would have been nice. To do your own cooking in the apartment, it would have been great if salt, pepper and stuff like that was to find in the apartment. We really would like to come back.

Wonderfull

In June we spent a week in this lovely apartment.We made good use of the spacious balcony which gets the sun all day and the views are lovely. Halfway through the week we realised we did not have issues with the beds they were so comfy ( not always the case ). It was very hot , but the airconditioning worked brilliantly. We walked to Trogir via the steps on to a lane most evenings. After a slight incline its downhill and took 10 minutes. We returned via the coast road the 1st evening (busy and no footpath in places and very bendy ) but after we walked back up the hill. Yes its steep but not too long. It took 20 minutes on the way back.. We are 67, not as fit as we should be and with various aches and pains. There is always the option of a taxi back ( by the bridge) which we didnt give into. We lovedTrogir and its great restaurants One day we took the ferry from Trogir to Spit ( about an hour ). The ferry deposits you right by the old town, ideal no issues with parking etc. We would gladly return to Trogir and this apartment.. The only instructions we found for TV were in German. We didnt follow it up and actually enjoyed a detox week from TV and newspapers, reminescent of our foreign trips in the 1970`s. It was our 1st trip abroad using HomeAway or similar and everythng was very efficient and helpful. A very enjoyable week!

All we hoped for

This is a lovely flat with an exceptional balcony. We spent most of our tine at the flat on the balcony. The rest of the flat is clean and tidy but not exceptional. It’was big enough for the 5 of us. Trogir is just a few minutes walk. There is a simple traffic free route. Trogir is delightful. Walk the other way and there are stony beaches just along the road. Better still, there is an excellent swimming area. The downside of this flat has nothing to do with the flat. Croatia is struggling to cope with the amount of tourism arriving. The infrastructure can’t cope. The roads are clogged. The airport is half built. It’s challenging at times. All the same. It’s a beautiful place. Get on a boat and the infrastructure issues disappear. We lived our time here.
