Not a great night but alright
Booked a single room, and it had an adjoining door to another room, that could be only locked from the other side. That did not feel comfortable but alright. The people staying in that adjoining room kept me awake during the night (by talking and snoring) so the sound proofing was non-existant. Also the bed felt really hard and the blanked was bumpy. Slept for three hours tops. Make sure to get a proper room when you book for a single person!

Parkkipaikkaa sai etsiä pitkään. 500 metrin päästä löytyi maksullinen parkki, 28€ päivältä. Hotelli itse oli siisti. Sisäänkirjautuminen tehtiin itse tabletilla.

Loistava hotelli
Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja sijainti oli hyvä. Hotelli oli arvioitu kolmen tähden hotelliksi, mutta siisteyden ym. muun oman kokemuksen perusteella antaisin hotellille 4-5 tähteä. Hinta-laatu-suhde oli enemmän kuin kohdillaan. Lisäksi hotellin sijainti sekä itse hotelli oli erittäin rauhallinen.

Hyvällä paikalla uudehko hotelli. Aamupalaa ei ollut, mutta respasta sai ostettua syömistä ja kadun toisella puolella ravintola mistä sai aamupalaa. Huone oli pieni. Parisängyn olisin laittanut huoneeseen toisinpäin. Silti suosittelen hotellia kaikille,todella edullista majoitusta 👍

I recommend the standard double room if you want a little bit more space, the bed is placed away from the walls so you can walk around it and it gives you a few extra square meters. Kirjautuminen hotelliin oli todella helppoa tietokoneen avulla ja huone oli siisti. Parkkipaikkoja oli melko rajallisesti tarjolla ja yhden yön parkkimaksu kohosi yli 20€.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhteen hotelli.
Varasimme huoneen hieman ennen saapumistamme hotelliin, mutta joiduimme jonkin aikaa odottamaan, että saimme huoneen... oikeampi tapa olisi ollut antaa vapaa huone heti käyttöömme koska hotellissa oli tilaa. Muuten siisti ja keskeisellä paikalla oleva hotelli...

Unfortunately does it take some time before the booking makes its way from hotels.com to our system, and we can't give out rooms before we have a booking to check-in. Mainly it has to do with fire safety, as well as avoiding any form of human error which may occur because of it. Siisti, hyvällä paikalla oleva moderni hotelli. Huone oli jopa suurempi mitä olimme ajatelleet. Pieni miinus turhankin tehokkaasta ilmastoinnista jonka kanssa täytyi olla tarkkana ettei vilustu. Maksullinen parkkihalli ihan vieressä, 25e/vuorokausi, ilmaista pysäköintiä kaupungissa ei ole.

My room was small and basic, but the location and price were perfect for what I needed. I stayed two nights and was sad to leave my little room as I had grown quite fond of the view I had of the street and surprisingly I found the sound of cars driving and birds chirping more meditative than disruptive

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves on the 6th floor, facing the view of both the mountains and the sea on the east side. The room was much larger than the typical moderate room, well-maintained, clean, with a very firm and comfortable bed and a warm blanket. Although the bathroom was spacious, but it lacked a shower curtain. The amenities like microwave, hot water and paper cup at reception available for guests to use. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was a plus. The location was convenient, with a supermarket a 5-minute walk away and an airport-express bus stop within 1-2 minutes and downtown just a couple of minutes away on foot. We'd definitely stay here again.

The bedroom was smaller than size of my riverboat room. If you had 2 people in the bed (I did not) then one would have to crawl over the other to get out of the bed. The room was exactly the width of the bed. They should also just give you the crummy sandwich and apple for breakfast rather than charge you $2.05 for it. How cheap can you be. I will try another hotel when I go back to Tromso because $200 for this room and zero amenities is way overpriced.

we stayed for one night after a later flight. Check in was extremely easy; there were kiosks at the entrance where you checked yourself in and made your own key cards. There was a little cafe area that came in handy when we left in the morning. Room was clean and had what we needed.

Rooms are small but they are clean, warm and very well located. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Also, tour meet ups are 5 minutes walk away. Water and snacks are available for purchase in the lobby area. Self check in did not work for us but there is always a staff member present to assist.

I was surprised at how spacious the rooms were. 2 people fit very comfortably in the double twin room. Staff were always around and helpful. I also felt safe that the hotel required a key card to enter after a certain time and to use the elevators.
