The space
Enjoy an unforgettable stay at Casa De Xochitl located in the tropical tranquil town of Troncones. The nearest beach access is just a 10 minute walk directly across the road from the house.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, Starlink satellite internet, ample closet space and top of the line furnishings.

All bedrooms are situated on the first floor, each with a king bed and double sliders opening to the covered breezeway.

The bathrooms, complete with essential toiletries, feature large walk in showers and gorgeous imported tile.

The second floor dining and living area is the heart of the open concept living style, merging modern comfort with breathtaking views of the pacific ocean.
Guest access
Closet under the stairs is private and unavailable for guests.

The washroom outside will be kept locked, and only available to the housekeeper and maintenance personnel. Laundry service is available twice a week when the housekeeper comes, for an extra fee.

Rates available upon request for long terms rentals to include flexible access to the washroom and have additional housekeeping services.

Troncones is a tranquil quiet beach community, a sanctuary for all types of travelers. With incredible world class surf breaks, yoga studios, cave hikes, and ample natural attractions, this is the ideal spot to unwind and recharge.

Casa De Xochitl is staffed with trustworthy groundskeeping and cleaning personnel. The grounds are fully secured with keyed entry gates, and shaded parking inside. Although the community is small and safe, please be mindful and do not leave valuables unattended.

Casa de Xochitl can occupy 6 people, maximum. Additional guests will be evaluated only on a case by case basis per reservation approval and are subject to additional fees. If guests show up with more than 6 people, unapproved, their reservation will be cancelled immediately upon arrival.
