”Easy to find, 15 minutes from utilita stadium. Lovely room, great staff, plenty parking. Lots of glass needed a good clean and windows were dirty in Marco Pierre restaurant. Bed was hard but everything was immaculate in the room. Great breakfast. ”

”Lovely hotel nice rooms staff really nice. There was a wedding in which did mean music until late that you can hear the booming of in the bedroom and later drunk people on corridors being loud and In car park raised voices due to too much drink. I would stay again 100% as loved the hotel but would check to ensure no functions as too noisy with music till late then drunk people that aren’t considerate of other guests ”

”It was a decent, comfortable stay. The bathroom smelled a bit funny upon my arrival though. Some improvements that could be made: It's a bit ironic that there are door hanger signs talking about skipping daily cleans to save the natural resources, but there were single-use disposable paper cups and wooden coffee stirrers in the rooms, which seems to me that it's just about the company saving their costs, and not the environment. It would be great if the cafe/restaurant menus were provided...

”Clean, quiet and nice for a family. Swimming pool is good, kids times appropriate. Breakfast was also full and delicious, everything you expect. The shower hose was leaking in our bathroom, but it did not make much inconvenience. Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel. ”

”Extremely nice modern hotel with excellent staff. Hotel is in great condition and our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was very busy by 9am on Sunday morning. Had to queue for 5/10 minutes for a table and unfortunately it was right next to the kitchen and food counter so not as peaceful as the rest of our stay. Would recommend this hotel ”

”Stay here when visiting family, basic stuff beds ok rooms ok bathrooms need a facelift but the shower was hot Didn't have any food this time The only criticism is smoking and smokers sometimes there's a whiff of stale smoke in the lift Also some of the rooms need a deep clean as some aren't adhering to the no smoking in rooms . ”Amazing Receptionist. We arrived bout 3pm nd checked in with no issues. When we arrived at our room it was beautifully clean but unfortunately smelt very highly of lillies and myself being allergic to lillies and asthmatic started wheezing and coughing. ”The guys at reception gave a warm welcome and helped with the bags to our room. Room was basically fine however the kettle could have done with a better clean. Decoration of the room was a little tired, but probably fine for most guys. The full English Breakfast was very good, well cooked and quality produce. My wife is gluten free, so had no alternatives such as porridge. Made do with some bacon and egg. The evening meal was also very good, but with a busy restaurant, service was a little slow....
