”Nice hotel with an interesting interior. Close to Tropicana casino and the beach. However, the best thing about it is free parking and breakfast on weekends.”

”The staff was great, room was perfect and we loved the balcony with the ocean view. We could have sat there all day. Our only complaint is that the chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable. I think they were designed for Admiral General Aladeen's torture chambers!”

”I didn't like anything about the Clarion, it looked like a welfare motel and on top of that I heard another guest complaining about bed bugs. After all of that I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This was the absolute worst place I've ever "ATEMPTED" to stay. This hotel needs to be removed for false advertisement.”

”Great experience, However the staff could have cleaned the room when requested, the bed was a little hard, we didn’t have any extra soap and towels. Also there was no soap in the shower dispenser.”

”Parking at the hotel is not a good situation at all! The elevator is the size of a broom closet literally!! Other than those 2 items wasn’t bad. Room small but clean. It was surprisingly quiet while we were there. Short walk to boardwalk u can see it out of your window.”

The jacuzzi was a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views, tasty reasonably priced snacks and drinks and excellent service. From what we heard, this property has undergone some major changes - the Casino is gone and in its place is a huge arcade, indoor race track, indoor putt putt (lots to do if you have kids - but the noise level is off the charts). Also gone is the hotel pool on the 5th floor which we searched for. They have a brand new water park right next door, but is very expensive just for a pool.
