”Room was clean and comfortable; bed was great. For this price point, however, I expected something better. There was no inviting common space, the hot tub was laughably small, the rooms have no view and deck is tiny and not very inviting.”

”The location is perfect! The only complaint I have is there was not any dresser's or storage for your clothes. We got extra hangers and made it work. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is right across the street and lots of activities are within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

”The over all stay was decent and staff was “invisible” in a good way. Available if needed but not underfoot. We were far enough off the main highway that it was very quiet. Lots of trees and shade.
The thing that destroyed our stay was the fact that there are NO CHAIRS or a couch. Nothing to sit on with any back support. We resorted to bringing in our lawn chairs we were using on the beach. There was no table of any kind either. They had two small bookcase type stands and two backless...

”Room, common areas, and amenities were clean and functional. Breakfast buffet was good quality.
However, the shuttle did not go to Zephyr Cove despite the website saying it did.
Also, there was no option to connect to streaming services on the TV.
Finally, at Landshark Grill the service was quite slow, didn’t get assistance for 10 minutes after sitting down, in fact the manager had to be the one to ask us if we’d been helped yet, and he flagged the hostess to help us.
