”Very clean, well quipped property. The lay out is exactly as shown in the listing. It is in a great location for access to outer cape communities, but an easy point from which to access the rest of the Cape. One caveat, if you are elderly and/or have mobility issues, (both of which apply to us) the stairs may interfere with your enjoyment of the property. It’s on us that we didn’t consider this before we booked the property as we found the stairs to be a problem. ”

”Seaside Cottages is a great family oriented village. My cousin & I stayed here four nights in a cozy, beautiful, quiet, clean and well stocked tiny cottage for two. We loved it. They have simple instructions for renters to follow. Seaside Cottage Village is situated in an excellent location minutes from restaurants, shops and miniature golf venues. The only thing that I would suggest the host is to change the sofa with the extension to a complete Queen Mattress Sofa Bed (you have the space)....

”Overall this was a good vacation rental.Please be aware! The heat is not whole-house, only the main living room and kitchen is heated via one heat vent in the corner. No bedrooms or bathroom are heated. While this is ideally a non-issue during the summer season, this rental is not good for year-round activities. Luckily the door to living room closed which helped keep us warm on the cold nights, but it was still cold as we slept in the living room each night. The heat was the only negative...
