”My experience with Homewood suites was excellent! The room was great it was clean Very spacious and the decor in the room and throughout the hotel was the best. I love the pool table feature a very nice touch. I will not stay anywhere else but Hilton hotels. There is no comparison with other hotels. The breakfast was delicious, the dinner was delicious especially the buffalo wings!! There was plenty of fun and laughter in the lobby in the evenings at the bar. The staff was so accommodating...

”This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Columbia at the Vista. The attractive view from my hotel room, the LED lights around the bathroom mirror and the delicious breakfast at the on site restaurant “Park and Lady” was AMAZING! I rate this hotel a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We will be returning.”

”The rooms could be cleaner. Both bed skirts were torn on both beds. The bathroom floors could use a vacuum in the corners.”

”The stay was pleasant. Staff is wonderful including the professional and kind front desk and bar staff. Cleaning was an issue that was resolved after speaking with front desk. Parking is easy and close to downtown, sites, and the grocery store.”

”Overall the staff were very welcoming. The place was clean overall. They could just clean up the webs on the window seals. The continental breakfast pretty good both days. They could’ve just made sure the food was warmer and full. But overall it was good.”

”We arrived thinking that parking was included with our stay, but it wasn't, so we had to self-park in an inadequately sized lot. After dinner the first night there were no spots to park in, so we were told to park on the street because the meters didn't work on weekends! We ran out of tissues and needed a replacement bathmat the first night and didn't receive these items timely. We had to ask again for these items and finally received them on the 2nd day of our stay. ”The only complaint I have is with the valet service offered. It took them 45 mins to get our car this morning and that was frustrating. Everything else was great!”

”Dotti at the front desk was doing her best but she was getting very little help from the other workers and this place is a mess. The hotel has not been maintained and only one elevator was working, which meant it took forever to get upstairs and down. Parking is not included in the price and the breakfast is on styrofoam plates and pretty awful.”
