”This property was charming and looked like the description. There were only 2 of us but I could see how it would work for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is fully stocked. The outside property is spacious and the fire pit was an added bonus. It's right outside of Hamilton, NY which is a cute town and host to Colgate University. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through Upstate. It has a relaxing vibe and is a comfortable place to chill.”

”We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!”

”We stayed here for our son’s graduation. It is a ten minute ride from Cortland and nice and quiet. Do not let the outside full you as it could use some help. The owners have thought of everything they could possibly do on the inside. The Murphy bed on the main floor is a fantastic alternative to a pull out sofa. Excellent communication from the owners. ”The house was great, the photos gave the illusion there were four bedrooms but it was listed as 3 so that was a little confusing. The bedrooms were all great , 3 full bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready for our family wedding in the area. The deck and many chairs in the yard were perfect for us all to hang out and have our hotel staying relatives to come sit with us and watch the kids play on the kayaks and paddle boards. It was a beautiful location and super hosts who were so helpful!”

”Everything was wonderful during our stay. The weather didn’t cooperate much which wasn’t a problem as the ping pong table downstairs became daily family tournaments into the late evening. I needed to cook for my niece‘s wedding and the kitchen was equipped with everything and plenty of space. The one day we had great weather the boys fished off the dock and rented a kayak. Thank you Marc, we had a great time.”
